  • Stakeholder AlignmentLead project kickoff meetings; define operational expectations; align multi-disciplinary engineering and transport groups.
  • Labor & Vendor ManagementEvaluate contractor structures against internal organizational resource models; negotiate and align roles with relevant labor groups.
  • Technical Engineering ReviewAudit technical documentation, network topologies, and configuration requirements for SCADA and transport networks.
  • Regulatory Compliance FrameworkDesign implementation frameworks aligned with NERC CIP compliance standards; develop standardized quality control checklists for deployment.
  • Financial OversightManage project budgeting; deliver monthly financial reporting and health statements.

Installation Management

  • Quality Assurance & VerificationManage hardware inventory verification; oversee equipment readiness, firmware configuration, and compatibility locks.
  • System Testing & ValidationSupervise functional validation and wiring integrity testing for deployed panels.
  • Resource OptimizationCoordinate with Project Managers to ensure optimal regional labor scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Vulnerability & Vendor Lifecycle ManagementMaintain direct communication channels with key technology partners (including SEL and Opswat) to manage functional updates, patch management, and vulnerability mitigation.
